The Campus for Future Living is more than just a building—it’s a place where partnerships thrive, ideas grow, and communities flourish. Over the coming months the fit out of the Campus is taking place before opening to the public in April 2025.
In the meantime, we wanted to share with you some of the plans.
Building the Campus
In the video below you can watch the construction of the Campus from the ground up to walking through the hallways. For more regular updates on what’s happening you can visit our Facebook and LinkedIn pages.
Plans for the Campus
The Campus will be home to public, private, and voluntary organisations to support the people of Mablethorpe and beyond. If you want to be one of these organisations transforming services and supporting local needs discover more about our membership opportunities here.
To support the work happening at Campus the ground floor has been divided up into four zones. Each zone will provide opportunities for organisations and individuals to get involved in different ways.
These zones are:
Work zone
Intervention zone
Assessment zone
Engagement zone

The first floor will be divided into two zones:
A specialist zone for events, clinics, community labs and education. This space will be bookable by our members and partners.
A specialist zone for education. This is where you'll find Clip and Riverside Training providing skills development, employability training, personal growth opportunities and much more.

Fitting out the Campus
We're now in the process of adding ceilings, walls and making the Campus a space for all to use. You can discover more about these plans from the team involved and how it's taking shape in the video below.
